Executive Director Nutrition Services & Warehousing @Natomas Unified School District
Vince Caguin MBA, is the Executive Director of Nutrition Services & Warehousing at Natomas Unified School District where he oversees the service of breakfast, lunch, supper, and summer meals. He is a former Academic Department Chair at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles. Currently he is an instructor, proctor, and item writer for the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and a consultant for the Institute of Child Nutrition.
Lauren Couchois
Culinary Specialist @Food and Nutrition Services, Greenville County Schools
Lauren joined the Greenville Food and Nutrition Services’ team in July 2020. She was previously the Director of the School District of Lee County in Fort Myers, Florida and was with the School District of Lee County for over nine years and holding various leadership positions during that time. Lauren is a registered dietitian; received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Carolina University; completed her dietetic internship at Indiana University Perdue University of Indianapolis; and obtained her SNS certification in 2016. Lauren is zealous about changing the face of school meals and letting the public know about the amazing work we do on a daily basis. Lauren loves teaching students about nutrition education and healthy lifestyles with a focus on Farm to School initiatives. Lauren won the Produce Excellence in Foodservice Award for her work in Farm to School for the 2020-21 School Year.
Christopher Iberle
Farm to School Lead @Regional Markets Program Washington State Department of Agriculture
Chris Iberle leads WSDA Regional Markets' Farm to School program and supports regional food supply chain growth through resource and policy development, technical assistance, training, outreach, research and implementation. Chris coordinates the statewide Taste Washington Day promotion, is a member of the Coordination Team for the Washington State Farm to School Network, and Washington State Lead for the National Farm to School Network.
