Courtney Morabito, MBA, DTR, SNS
Supervisor of Operations @Student Dining Services Cincinnati Public Schools
Courtney Morabito oversees day-to-day operations of the sites at Cincinnati Public Schools. She manages the hiring, staffing, training, and discipline of the Student Dining Employees and helps maintain meal compliance and regulations within the kitchens. She serves on the Ohio SNA Executive Committee and is a National Delegate for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.This is Courtney’s tenth year in school food service. She has an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Kentucky University, and is NDTR and SNS credentialed.
Lakeisha Hood
Director of the Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness @Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
Lakeisha Hood is the Director of the Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness within the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). She served as Assistant Director of the Division for three and a half years before for transitioning to her current role. Prior to joining FDACS, Lakeisha served as a Legislative Assistant in the Florida Senate. In addition, her prior positions have also included Charter School Outreach Coordinator and High School English Teacher. Lakeisha obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees in English Education from Alabama State University and Auburn University at Montgomery, respectively, and has earned law degrees from both North Carolina Central University School of Law and the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Lakeisha is currently a licensed member of the State Bar of Georgia.
