Jeannine Rios
Senior Program Manager @School Breakfast at Share Our Strength
Jeannine serves as one of the No Kid Hungry nutrition experts who develops resources and tools and provides technical assistance and training around expanding access to the School Breakfast Program. Prior to this she led the youth programs at the Cooper Institute in Dallas and managed the Healthy Schools Program for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation’s Texas team. She also led the Graduate Student council at Texas Woman’s University while studying for her PhD in Health Studies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University in California and an undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Clinical Dietetics from the University of California at Berkeley. In her spare time, she volunteers with various organizations where she can use her talents to serve others. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter Ayanna, playing with her dogs Howard and Buddy and staying active.
Dr. Lewanda Morse
Associate Director of Grants @Institute of Child Nutrition
Dr. Lewanda Morse is the Associate Director of Grants at the Institute of Child Nutrition. Although she has only been with ICN for five years, she has been in educational leadership for over twenty and has a wealth of experience in adult learning and curriculum development. Dr. Morse has been in education and leadership for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience in adult learning and curriculum development. She has assisted in the development of several ICN resources including Basic Culinary Math and Managing Personalities and Conflict. She is also the host of ICN’s podcast series, iBites, which has monthly episodes that focus on various aspects of child nutrition as related to the mission of ICN.
